The client wanted to honour its heritage while creating a home with genuine personality, and the project began with a detailed brief to understand exactly how they lived and what the space needed to do.
Careful spatial planning was key. A reworking of the floor plan unlocked the ability to integrate a dedicated laundry — something rarely found in apartments of this era — without reducing the bathroom's space or functionality.
